All of the positions are open for election: …
-Chairperson – chair board meetings and overall responsibility for the promotion and running of the organization
-Vice Chairperson – with responsibility for sponsorship and promotion
-Corresponding Secretary – with responsibility for registration and communication with NY GAA
-Recording Secretary – responsibility for board meeting minutes and communications to members
-Treasurer – responsibility to manage the money coming into the club and money going out.
-PRO – external communications including Social media
-Cultural Officer – responsibility for interaction with the non GAA community and non football based GAA events.
-Non Executive board members – this role will be help facilitate the board overall but will not require attendance at board meetings. There are 3 open positions for this.

The closing date to apply for a board position is Sunday, January 29.
If there are multiple applications to the same position, we will have a vote at the AGM for that position. You will be given an opportunity to address the members and explain why you would like the position.
