Freeing Your Feet & Building a Foundation

Did you know that your feet have the potential to be as mobile as your hands? Losing this mobility, strength and neurological capacity can crumble your foundation and impact far more than just your feet. When your feet are stiff & don’t have the mobility they need to do their job of navigating you around your world smoothly and efficiently, other joints (like your knees, hips and back) have to pick up the slack.
