Rensselaerville: Feast of the Magdalen Retreat!

July 20, 2017 at Garden of One in Rensselaerville.

tracking.php?code=Hrfr9DFj6ZZyb8dONlD43w

This retreat is an exceptional sacred gathering over four magical days.

THIS IS A TIME OF GREAT CHANGE, AND WE ARE HERE TO FACILITATE THE GRAND AWAKENING ON THIS PLANET.

We are Lightworkers, and we are Wayshowers. We can collectively magnify this shift with great Love, and we also need time to regenerate, recharge, and recalibrate our own energy fields and sacred physical vessels. In the name of the Magdalen, we gather to support one another in this shift, infusing ourselves with deep nurturing, acceleration of consciousness, and transmutation of the outmoded and polarized methods as we bring forth the new ways of co-creation, gathering, playing, singing, and working with joy as we expand our energy field and help to show others how to make this shift within themselves.

Join together with your sisters in the global Magdalen tribe for nurturing, reconnection, transmutation, and powerful manifestation together in a profound, intentional sacred temple gathering. You will be immersed in the beauty of the land and divine Self care while on this retreat.

For those women who feel the intrinsic call to assemble, you can expect to:
– Convene with your sacred family in the Magdalen sisterhood
– Experience a new depth of loving knowing of your Self and Others in sacred tribe
– Dream your vision to life through powerful manifestation circle
– Receive recalibration and activation through high-level energy healing work
– Feel deeply supported and inspired through a ritual of honoring
– Realize your empowered, prosperous, and liberated TRUTH

This will be a 4-day retreat for you to relax, recalibrate, reconnect, and renew! We will gather for yoga sessions, healing circles, ritual bonfire, peace pole meditation, manifestation collective, and more.

There will be daily unscheduled time where you can roam the grounds or receive private bodywork (you can arrange for massage or energy healing, etc privately with the center!), swim or canoe the lake, walk the labyrinths, use the sauna, daydream, etc. And we will be gathering in circles to do the Magdalen work of Anchoring the Divine Mother Consciousness!

The Magdalen retreat will be held at the Garden of One, a sacred center established in communication with the devas and faeries of the land, and a permaculture farm. Meals at your retreat will be lovingly prepared by the stewards and owners of Garden of One, and the food will be sourced from the very garden as well as area organic farms.

For more information, go to: http://www.dragonflyholistic.com/magdalenretreat/

Mark your calendar and make time for YOU this summer! Play, relax, and rise up with your sisters!!

Flushing: LIYS 200 hour 3 month Teacher Training Program

March 24, 2017 at Yoga Journey in Flushing.

tracking.php?code=SAEArSTJClfCBGR1LGqyqH

Laurie Ahlemann, Founder of the Long Island Yoga School and the Director of the Prana Shakti Flow Yoga Teacher Training Certification Programs is offering a 3 month, 200 hour Teacher Training this spring at Yoga Journey, located in Douglaston, NY.

As more and more studios open up, there is a great opportunity for growth, but along with many studios means condensing class types. There has never been more of a need for teachers who are able to teach to a wide variety of levels in the same room. This is what you will learn through LIYS. We specialize in teaching the ‘True Open Level Flow’. You will be given an easy to follow format that includes how to cue, sequence and theme specifically for this type of class. If you are looking to live your passion, look no further. You have found the right place.

What makes us different?
Solid Working Foundation – We offer you clear guidelines for sequencing and cueing with an easy to follow format that gives new teachers the ability to write and memorize their sequences quickly with the ability to teach an energetically balanced, fun and educational class.
We teach our trainees to ‘teach’ not just call out poses.
Quality Well-Organized Program – We provide you with a solid foundation to build upon. Some trainings offer quite a bit of variety of yoga styles and subjects that can not be covered properly in a 200 hour training. Rather than confusion, we offer you workable knowledge and show you how to utilize it in class themes, meditation classes and workshops.
Rise Above The Competition! – Our graduates go on to work in successful studios all through-out Nassau, Suffolk county and Queens as well as open their own studios. In addition, during auditions for potential jobs, graduates from Long Island Yoga School beat out the competition every time. If you would be interested in speaking with a past graduate please contact us to hear how different and beneficial this training is.
Coaching – As a new teacher, it is a scary concept to get up in front of a room full of people. The key to doing this successfully is to teach with conviction and hold command of the room. We will offer you proven techniques to not only appear but also feel confident, leading to your students having complete confidence in you as you lead them through a safe, educational and enlightening experience.
Easy to follow format – You will leave this training with a written format and understanding of how to cue, sequence and theme specifically for a ‘True Open Level Flow’.
