Jennifer Lawrence plays a self-made millionaire who created her own business empire. Mangano was a divorced mother with three children in the early 1990s when she invented the Miracle Mop and became an overnight success, after which she patented many other products, often selling on the Home Shopping Network and QVC. We Have Apples is set in a psychiatric facility. Jane, a quirky, 18-year-old writer, is determined to overcome her depression, which is personified by a female actor. Annoyed by the often cheesy and condescending group therapy sessions, Jane and a band of fabulous fellow patients start a writing group. As their voices grow stronger, tension between patients and staff members heightens. More complications ensue when Jane and her psychiatrist’s son (who is pretending to be an outpatient with symptoms strikingly similar to a Prozac commercial) fall in love and tragedy strikes their community.

Created and Choreographed by Katharine Pettit

Directed by Katharine Pettit
With Natasha Soto-Albors, Katharine Pettit, Aimee Van Dam, Jade Genga, Tessa Fairey, Rachel Lauria, + Eddy Lee

All Music from Mr. Hudson’s “Straight, No Chaser” album
*Except Lost Found Me & Slipping Through Time: written by Wiz Kilo

Conceived and choreographed by Katharine Pettit, I COULD NEVER LOVE ANYONE… tells the story of three sisters and their struggle with addiction. Turmoil and heartbreak ensue, affecting the trio and creating a resounding impact that reverberates through the years. Take a journey, moment to moment, of what it means to love someone afflicted with this disease. Share in the conversation of what we can do to change the stigma attached to addiction and how dance can move us to action!
